Getting Started
These answers cover the basics of opening the demo, choosing a product, and starting the try-on experience.
How do I start the try-on demo?
Go to the demo page, choose a supported product, and open the try-on experience from that product. The demo is designed so product selection happens inside the app flow.
Do I need to create an account to use the demo?
No. The demo is meant to be opened and used directly in the browser without requiring account creation first.
What products can I try on right now?
The current demo supports lipstick, lip liner, foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner, eyelashes, blush, and concealer.
Can I use the demo on mobile?
Yes. The demo is intended to work on both desktop and mobile browsers so shoppers can test products from different devices.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The try-on demo runs in the browser, so there is no separate app required.
Demo & Product Use
These answers explain how product previews work and what shoppers can do once they open a supported item.
How do I choose a product inside the demo?
Products are selected from the demo product section. Once a shopper clicks a supported product, the try-on experience opens for that item.
Can I switch between products?
Yes. Shoppers can return to the product selection area and open another supported product to try a different category or shade.
Can I preview different shades or options?
Yes. Supported products can include shade or option controls inside the try-on interface so the shopper can compare different looks.
Does the demo only work for lipstick?
No. The demo is built for multiple supported beauty categories, not just lips. It also includes complexion and eye-related product types.
Can I upload a selfie instead of using the camera?
Yes. The demo is designed to support selfie upload as an in-app option when live camera mode is not being used.
Technical Questions
These answers cover browser access, camera permission, and general device behavior.
Do I have to allow camera access?
Camera access is needed for live try-on mode. If camera access is not used, the demo can still support selfie-based entry inside the app flow.
What happens if I block camera permission?
If camera permission is blocked, live try-on will not start. In that case, the shopper should use the selfie upload option if it is available in the demo flow.
Which browsers work best?
A current desktop or mobile browser works best. For the smoothest experience, it is best to use an up-to-date browser with camera support enabled.
Why does the preview look different by product type?
Different product categories use different try-on behavior. Lips, complexion, lashes, and eyes do not all use the same view or control set.
Does the demo save my photo?
The demo is meant to provide the try-on experience in the browser. Add your exact privacy or storage wording here if you want the page to reflect your site policy more specifically.
Pricing & Plans
These answers cover what the demo is for, where shoppers go next, and how pricing or purchase handling should be explained.
Is this page the actual product catalog?
This page is the demo experience. It is meant to let shoppers preview supported products before making a product decision.
Do I buy products directly from the demo?
The demo is focused on try-on and product preview. Final purchase flow can be tied to your product and store setup.
Is there a charge to use the demo?
No shopper fee is required just to open and use the demo experience.
Can this demo support WooCommerce products?
Yes. The try-on setup is built around WooCommerce product handling, including variation-based shade and option control.
Where should I go after testing a product?
After trying a product, the shopper should continue into the linked product or store flow you want them to use for final selection or purchase.
